Corporation (Charter Number 1442/155-) dedicated to bringing innovations, Targeted Biologic Therapy™ from the Institute of Biologic Research into commercial fruition. The United States Food and Drug Administration has given a New Drug Code Number (63493) to RxIBR The basic guiding scientific principle for the product development is that each of the pharmaceutical biological (animal origin) and/or botanical (plant origin) innovations either activates receptors in the human body or activates cellular mechanisms thus providing a physiological/biochemical action. There are a myriad of specific receptors in the mouth, nasopharynx, skin and other orifices of the body and these may be activated with the appropriate stimuli. Some of the Rx1BR therapeutic remedies stimulate receptors, while others activate specific cells, but m each case these responses are transduced into biochemical signals in order for the body to generate a specific response. Because the need to stimulate specific rectors requires much less concentrated pharmaceutics, the optimum amount of medication that must be delivered to the receptor area is considerably smaller than with the use of conventional drugs. Therefore, the delivery of microgram or nanagram amounts of a biological/botanical product to a specific receptor reduces the risk of toxic side effects of the drug. A. Basic Molecular Pharmacological Biology

1. All cells are evolving by mitosis and devolving by a process called apoptosis.

2. All cells undergo these changes at different rates and at different rates/time as the organism ages.

3. The rate of replacement cells decreases with aging of the body and appears to be associated with many factors, among these is a decrease in growth hormone production.

4. The rate of apoptosis probably increases, in real or relative terms with aging of the body and is commonly associated with fragmentation of DNA as well as other specific caspase induced mechanisms.

5. Cellular protective mechanisms are decreased with aging: the cause may be associated with a decrease in the production of growth hormone as well as other specific cellular growth factors. In men, this occurs slowly after about the age of 30 but in women this occurs suddenly with menopause.

6. Cellular protective mechanisms are negatively associated with exposure to environmental toxins.

7. Cellular protective mechanisms are inversely associated with internal abnormal cellular chemical exposure. Such as diabetes or thyroid disease and probably with medications or combinations that are taken over a period of time.

8. Cellular protective mechanisms operate as homeostatic mechanisms.

9. Organ system protective homeostatic mechanisms are operative within a narrow and definable range.

B. How do all drugs work?

1. Stimulate cellular metabolic or chemical pathways that would not ordinarily function without this stimulation.

2. Facilitate a chemical reaction to occur that would occur only rarely, and remain unchanged after the chemical reaction has occurred.

3. Act as transport agents for materials that are necessary for cellular chemical reactions.

4. Bind chemical molecules (charged molecules only chelation) and thus prevent thin, from acting on cells.

5. Occlude cellular receptors and thus prevent them from acting or reacting in a normal fashion.

6. Interfere with intracellular transport mechanisms

7. Prevent or alter DNA encoding or translation into RNA

8. Bind or change genetic code so as to change replication cycle.

9. Change RNA transcription or release.

10. Attach to RNA output CD molecules/chemicals cytokines etc.) and prevent them from acting.

11. Alter re-uptake mechanism of ions or chemicals compounds (transmitters, cytokines, hormones, etc.).

12. Prevent the normal lytic mechanism within cells by interfering with normal cellular digestive functions.

13. Prevent mitosis/apoptosis of specific or all cells

14. Alter the interaction of cell to cell transfer of information/ adherence/ signaling (chemical-electrical).

15. Alter the glucose, energy metabolism or electron storage transfer of cells.

C. How does Targeted Biologic Therapy™ work?  How is Unique?

1. The targeted receptors have been carefully identified.

2. Specific agents that activate these receptors are selected for optimum activation and dosage.

3. These agents are included all RxIBR products in minute amounts to maximize the action an these receptors. Almost all receptors air cells have an optimum degree of binding and thus activation.

4. Delivery of the appropriate therapeutic agent to the receptor site is therefore optimized.

5. When activated, these receptors are maximally activated generally in an all or none fashion

6. When activated these receptors produce the desired effect in the body by signaling other cells.

7. These cells, in turn, then produce the desired therapeutic effect.

8. Receptor activation is dependent, not upon dosage, but rather upon facilitation of receptor responses.

9. Not all persons will experience the same or identical responses to the some receptor activation.

10. Different receptor activation will occur at different times and, therefore, repeated use of Targeted Biologic Therapy™ should be undertaken.

11. Targeted Biologic Therapy™ uses very small dosage of pharmaceutically active agents only enough to activate rectors (nanagrams/micrograms).

12. Using Targeted Biologic Therapy™ more drug will only decrease the therapeutic response, and not enhance this chemical-receptor reaction.
